Every morning and evening during observing, we will probably need to change the Gen2 server we connect to, between the observing system and one of the "simulators". There is INSTRM-462 to do this internally, but that is tricky and and we also need a normal command line tool. gen2switch hostname will kill any running g2cam processes and start a new one. |
