MCS is the only camera which needs WCS headers right now, and the (few) routines which work on them are in ics_mcsActor for the engineering run. After the run, move and slightly refactor them so that the AGCCs get the benefit. |

(Updates based on the informal meeting on 17 Dec.) MCS uses pfs_utils now. We agreed to treat WCS routine of the AG image in another tickets (as a part of INSTRM-1458). So we close this ticket. |
