 Description   

The current coordinate transformation code needs to be modified to

  • treat coefficients separately from the code
  • work by calling with MCS centroid in pixels

Also, in September 2018 the MCS to PFI coefficients was updated, so the code needs to habe new one. 

As mentioned in INSTRM-277, the version should be tracked.
