 Description

Following from INSTRM-484, Hisanori Furusawa commented that:

11. Inline comments for FRAMEID and EXP-ID are the same.
More appropriate comments to describe the difference would be preferred.
[...]
13. EXP-ID should have 'E' in the 4th letter

Am a bit puzzled here. I did:

FRAMEID = 'PFSA01767500' / Sequence number in archive
EXP-ID = 'PFSE00017675' / PFS exposure visit number

HSC has:

FRAMEID = 'HSCA16543000' / Image sequential number in archive
EXP-ID = 'HSCE00165430' / ID of exposure (shot) for this data

And the docs at https://www.naoj.org/Observing/fits/data/basic_keywords_alphabetical.html do not really help me understand the purpose of the two cards.
