As discussed on slack, Could you provide a procedure to startup/configure a CCD focal plane (after a cool-down or whatever).

A couple of points:

  • this is for the per-detector bias offsets. These are saved in the FEE, so only need to updated them when either the FPA or the FEE is replaced. There is no per-cooldown procedure. [ Well, yes, we should check whether anything has changed since the last cooldown, but that's a different ticket. \
  • The algorithm will change with the new ADC: the offsetting circuitry is being changed.

The routine has been added to testsActor.
It's likely to be moved later to a sonOfEekActor
