I'd like to propose adding the functionality of `monitor period=S` to `connect`. Basically, whenever a controller is connected, an appropriate status loop would be started; whenever a controller is disconnected, any loop would be stopped. Thoughts, arnaud.lefur fmadec? |

Yes, that's sounds good. A default value of 15 would be useful |
