 Description

For the first SAC (Slit Alignment Collimator) alignment, we have used a dedicated GUI which were mixing sequencing + monitoring + image analysis.

But our approach has changed now and for all AIT alignment we'll be using the same scheme :

  • ics_spsaitActor does the sequencing and the logging
  • ics_spsClient does the monitoring
  • ics_sequencePanel to launch the sequences
  • image analysis is done in jupyter notebook

I need to provide a notebook which generates useful plots from a given experimentId

arnaud.lefur: can you provide, as a comment in this ticket, a justification for resolving this ticket? Can you provide a link to the notebook?

Yes, I've just created the repo on my github account : sacAlignment

Great, but at some point this will be pushed to master? That can be a separate ticket, it is just that ideally all changes should be pushed to the common repo.
