By default, require that the roughing side pressure and the cryostat pressure be within 30 mbar/22.5 Torr before opening. This does require that the correct roughActor is online. The gate valve open command should grow a force option to bypass this. Also, if an open command fails (due to the interlock, most likely), reset the requested position to "closed". As it stands, if the requested position is "open", that request is latched: should the interlock be powered up the gate valve will open! |
