I added pretty nice logging to the fpgaSim, so that we can compare the effect of different command streams and for script logging. That needs to be called from the program (PFI.py) side in the case that the real FPGA is being commanded. I think it is easy to pull out into a module and call from either side. |

There is already a 'log.py' module. I will try to modify it to use the nice logging format. |
