We wanted to test running the MCS centroids, etc. through the PFS postgresql instance on the db host, I added a pfs database and opened remote access for that to the PFS hosts. I started with only opening to the mcs host, but don't really know where any analysis will be run. So opened it up. The mcsActor creates its own tables. Not sure that pfs is the right name for the database, nor how much more formally this should be done. Ansible? Also, how open do we want to be about network access? |
