Write overview document over the entire ICS modules, which shall contain:

list of all modules by PFS, with institutions responsible, requirements / functionalities, target hardware
draw a diagram for modules which has any connection other than hardware directly controlled or MHS, such as database, serial to telescope, FITS storage
