Add role to configure virsh client, including setup libvirt-clients, and deploy root certificate.

requirements to virt-client role

  • required packages: nfs-common, libvirt-clients, python3-libvirt, git
  • mount /virt for xml definitions (required for virsh remote operation, like define guests to remote targets - loaded from local storage)
  • place private root ca certificate
  • clone pfs_infra_ipmu repo for management scripts

also to share common parts with virt role (server one), seems better to manage into virt-

target of helper script repo need to be updated once we set something (normal or actor repo) for non-operational scripts.
