 Description   

As SM1 is coming soon, it has been decided that now is a good time to work on a GUI prototype for the whole spectrograph system.

There is already an existing software that is used for one channel that can be used as a foundation for what's coming next.

The framework used will be pyqt5.

Yes, I've created INSTRM-399 which is actually a sub-task of INSTRM-231, but I realize that I haven't put any link to it.

So how do we do that ? we set INSTRM-399 as blocking for INSTRM-231 ?

I think I've done it for you. I could not see any other solution but to use the bulk change feature on a single issue:

Sorry, a more obvious approach would have been to select More->Convert to sub-task from the menu at the top of the issue.

Following SpS breakout meeting during CM10 Shanghai Dec 2018, agreed that this ticket can be resolved. Only one related ticket, INSTRM-265, is not closed. This will be resolved as part of the usual SM1 planning.
