@price report some issue regarding dark-roach / mod4 pfsConfig
I've checked quickly and the fiberStatus are not correct, eg some bright fibers are labelled BLACKSPOT, check what's going on.

the scope of this ticket turned out to be larger. I've put together some code to generate pdf report from a dotRoach sequence, those include checking pfsConfig.
