Currently, the FITS process (getting header, save to disk) takes around 2 seconds for each exposure. Craig is suggesting using fitsWriter for faster operation. We should try to reduce the overhead here. |

At the ICS/PFI telecon on 24 Nov. 2023, Chi-Hung reported that he had received an example code from Craig.
