Subaru is about to fix SM fibers to Cs and its standby, this week or in several.
Once it is fixed, PFS will receive all of assignments from Subaru, and to update this document.

Since Subaru has used this version for planning fiber assignment, I merge the document and close this ticket.

Further discussion should be done on  Bugzilla since  SSN-00002 (ICD-00071) has been discussed there
