In the FPS operation, MCS take ~5 seconds for finishing the transformation from MCS to PFI coordinate. We should find out the bottleneck and try to speed up this part. |

A python-level profile will be very interesting. If it's the fitting code, there might be ways to speed it up – I can take a look. |

The time usage of transformation looks reasonable. So, I would say it is good for now. We can come back to look at this later. I am close this ticket. |
