Could you expand this issue? When opening tickets (like writing git commit messages) it's always worth making sure that there's enough information for other people to understand what needs to be/was done.

actually, not well developed yet. we just identified some want to have jupyter as production but not detailed yet.
could be just a bare jupyter deployment, but might need to resolve some dependency. so for that reason there is no more information than initial description now. (coud be marked just as a ticket to gather requirements.)

As of April, 2019, there seems no demands for this role. So I close this ticket as "Won't fix"
