The BEE controls the gatevalve directly. While it is open, the BEE needs to pay attention to the state of the vacuum line; specifically the turbo and the rough-side pressure. I propose to have the roughActor continuously (0.25s? 0.1s?) broadcast pressure, and for the BEE to shut the gatevalve if pressure goes high or no pressure keyword is received quickly enough. |

This is mostly completed, but requires testing. |

The pressure gauge on the roughing side and on the cryostat for near-atmosphere readings are being changed. The design has not been finalized, but will determine how this ticket should be handled./ |

The new interlock board will handle all safety logic: it will autonomously be responding to a threshold on the turbo speed (as it currently does) and also be sampling the roughing line pressure. So I will not implement the existing xcuActor routine. Will probably add a low-priority status check, but will wait until the interlock board is implemented and tested before doing that. |
