The opdb has the instrument rotator angle insrot in both the agc_exposure and tel_status tables, but not the instrument PA (known as INST-PA in the FITS headers). Please add it to one or both of these tables |

While making the `tel_status` table change, please also add a `caller` string column, so that we can pull out the agcc/mcs rows within a visit. |
