 Description

Here is a summary of the comments by the obserbatory.

  1. PFSA file has the 3rd decimal on "DEC" card. (INSTRM-1936)
  2.  PFSA09168111 had an error: "CHECKSUM verification failed the IMAGE HDU. "
  3.  There are no PFSF frames in 04/23 and 4/24
    • Note:  PFSF files were sent to Gen2 on those days
  4.  DEC card for calibration data (non-sky data): STARS accepts -90<DEC<90, whereas PFS  uses 100 now. The observatory request -89.99 (south pole), invisible value from Subaru.   (PIPE2D-1207)
    • STARS converts RA/DEC to Galactic Ecliptic coordinates, so valid values are required.

We got confirmation from STARS person that 1. and 4., which our actions were needed, have been fixed, so I close this ticket.
