 Description   

At JHU and LAM we save PFSB files to separate server/filesystem, at /data/ramps/$DATE/. At Subaru we plan to save to /data/raw/$DATE/ramps/: change the code/configuration to do so.
The idea is to maintain the convenience of having all raw observed data under one directory (/data/raw/$DATE/, but to allow saving to a separate filesystem if necessary, by adding just a single symlink per night, and not one per file.
