The heater loops are in general configured by the xcuActor. But for the safety band we need the temperature/heater board to be independent. So for the detector heater loops, set defaults in the SMB program itself so that a coldest+3K safety is always active. |

Tagged 1.5.1 Default behavior is 5K over lowest of all valid sensor readings on the H4, and no safety for ASIC or CCD. We should add one for the CCD even though we do not expect to hit it, but that will need some experimentation. |
