Just before converging/observing we need to correct the sky coordinates to the current epoch, ( We need two pfs_utils routines to apply these. The final coordinates will be what the fps will converge the cobras to. see more detail in |

In the current sky-pfi transformation code, the atmospheric refraction is taken into account actually. (If the refraction is not taken into account, the fibers around FoV edge should have ~50–150um shift in EL axis.) |

This might be closed as won't fix, but I rechecked the code and confirmed refraction correction is included. I close this ticket. |
