current 1.2.1 have set localhost to all socket invoke.
for production environment, we will use multi-host to run tron server and actors, so we'd better to modify this to 0.0.0.0 (or be configurable?)

cloomis: this is a very old ticket. Can we close?

Long since done. That said, the address needs to be the address of the interface and not '' or '0.0.0.0', as we ask tron to connect back to us using that.
