 Description   

I got an error trying to change permission for a folder I don't have right to.
ccdActor create dateDir as pfs-data whereas iic is running as pfs.

There were a couple of other things to change :

  • set sticky bit for dateDir whenever iic is the first to create it.
  • set permission to 444 for pfsConfig files.
