 Description   

Recently we found that one fiber had been broken, likely during shipping from Brazil to Hawaii. The broken fiber in MTP U2-3 group in the Cable B3, hole #16 on BC side. This fiber is supposed to connect fiberId=820, CobraId=2182 (Cobra SC39, PFI=11).

The Cobra xml file should be updated accordingly.

Would you please confirm the cobra information? fiberId=820, CobraId=2182 should be (Cobra SC39, positionerId=16).

that's correct.
Yes I still see this cobra flagged as COBRA_OK_MASK in the latest pfs_instdata version

At an informal meeting for ICS-PFI+MCS, Chi-Hung reported that he would upload the latest xml (covering INSTRM-1847 and INSTRM-2092) when working on INSTRM-1643.
