PFI halogen lamp data taken during the November 2022 Engineering Run 08 (visits 82113-82127) do not have the correct lamp information in the exposure headers (all lamps are set to off). Please provide header corrections for those, and review other flat and arc data taken during that period and correct accordingly. |
