 Description   

In November run we have to send cobra back to home to initiating the book keeping for arm angles in cobraCoach. Actually, those information are kept to in its attribute cobraInfo. FPS should have method to extract and keep those information.

This function has been implemented in the previous commit. See

I am closing this ticket since this function has been addressed in previous commit. Another ticket should be created to address the usage of these function.
