 Description   

Shutters are controlled by their TTL input through the interlock board.
But these controllers have also RS232 interface that we are not currently using.
They could be useful to gather information and help to diagnose if anything goes wrong.

They will be connected to our MOXA,
I need to investigate that when we'll have it.

command to communicate with shutter controller has been added, there are no hard coded command to get a full diagnostic yet, but might be added later.
