 Description   

add createVariants command to iic with either argument:

  • nVariants= to create a new set of n variants
  • addVariants to append variants to the existing set.

pfsDesignId0 will be an optional argument, iic will use the declared one otherwise.

Ingest those variants in the opdb, as they are generated.
