 Description   

Some actors persist some keywords value into pfs_instdata so they can be reloaded whenever the actor is restarted.
This is an issue when we want to use tagged pfs_instdata because those values are not necessarily checked in.
We need to store somewhere else : _/data/actors/keywords _ maybe.
