| Description |

We need to switch to a postgres registry at least at Hilo. The drp stack work has been done in The drpActor ingest needs to call a different routine. Per Paul: "The ingest updates are on the ticket branch of obs_pfs. You'll need to call ingestPfsImagesPgsql.py instead of ingestPfsImages.py." |

We need to coordinate the migration to postgresql to ensure no data falls between the cracks. |
