 Description   

as INSTRM-1137 is about synchronizing H4 and CCD.
I'll consider h4 on its own for a start, how to handle shutter transition, lamps etc..
time overhead may not be very much optimized in the first place.

Done, similar logic as ccd exposure.
Note that the total required time has not been optimized yet.
