| Description |
|
Just before converging/observing we need to correct the sky coordinates to the current epoch, and then correct for the "mean" telescope altitude and atmospheric pressure for the field. We need two pfs_utils routines to apply these. The final coordinates will be what the fps will converge the cobras to. |

Robert points out that precession is handled by the "telescope": we only need to apply proper motion. |
