cobra_target table has columns for the number of steps/on-time sent to the cobras at each iteration, which are not currently written. This data would be useful for determining when fps/cobraCharmer has decided the cobras have stopped moving, which is not currently stored in the DB. |

This ticket will be closed, and replaced by new tickets. One to split {cobra_target}into two tables for the intended target positions and the final move positions, and another ticket for the writing of data to those tables. |
