Add a flag to the cobra matches to indicate when a decision had to be made about which cobra to match to which spot. |

This was implemented during the engineering run and merged to master. Ambiguous points (ie, where more than one spot could be logically associated with a cobra) have a flag of 1 in mcs_data's flag column. (The flag of 2 indicates a cobra under the dot). |
