I've added code in plots/seeingMap.py which will take a set of seeing data (which is loaded the same way as convergence data except the cobras aren't moving), and calculate and plot the seeing information, in map and histogram format. The code does assume that the affine-like correction (ie, updateTransform) for the frame to frame effects has been corrected before writing to the database, otherwise this effect will dominate. The average RMS over the field will be displayed as the title to the histogram plot. |
