During the preparation of May engineering run, we found that the MCS control computer needs some system upgrades. The edt (camerLink) driver caused kernel panic. Also, it takes a long time to reboot. |

Chi-Hung will look at the PFIC machine to see if this is an alternative. After the June Eng run, a new replacement machine may need to be put together. |

MCS computer is serviced on these days. The previous OS error message comes from bad PCIe slot and memory modules according the pre-Boot System Assessment, ePSA. After changing to another PCIe slot and replacing new memory modules, those error messages are done. Currently, there is no kernel panic message showed. However, building a new computer for MCS is still needed. |
