| Description |
|
There are a few switches in McsCmd.py and mcsRoutines.py dating back to the use of the pinhole mask, which will never be used in regular operation and should be removed to make further updates of the code cleaner. |

several routines removed - transformation and switchFibreMode from McCmd, which predate the new transformation routines and involve ASRD/no transform modes. Adjusted the calculation of thresholds to remove code for the pinhole mask, and situations where we have no value for the boresight. Removed obsolute routines from mcsRoutines - calculating pinhole mask thresholds, and old version of fibreID and applying the affine transformation. |
