 Description

Issues occurred on January 14th, March 31th and April 11th 2022.

During data acquisition with the sequence panel with b3, the red shutters enters in fail mode. The last time, power cycle does not allow the shutter to be back on operational mode.

It looks also that when the sequence failed, the CTRL turn off just after : it is not happening when you are manipulating the red shutter manually on SpsGui.

Regarding the CTRL channel turning off, there aren't any logic like this in the code.
The logs don't tell you about the command origin, but it was probably you (or me).

biasha reboot command power cycle the CTRL channel, but again the intent there was to reboot the arduino board, which is not the issue here.
Have you find out on which channel the shutter controllers are plugged into ?
