| Description |

For fibre identification we need an estimate of the geometry of the broken cobras, particularly the ones that are illuminated but not moving. As they are not moving, the usual calibration method doesn't work, however, the value doesn't need to be as accurate, and an estimate based on the position of surrounding cobras should be sufficient. |

At the moment I've got a workable, but kludgy solution. Using home position data I did a search for unmatched points for the loaded geometry, and saved the values as a list of points for illuminated but non moving cobras, which can be removed from the list of potential point matches in the same way the fiducial fibres are. |

A more stable/maintainable solution should be discussed. |

currently values are stored in ics_mcsActor/etc as stuck.txt. |

The recently unstuck cobras from the May21 commissioning will lead to a new calibration file, which will remove most of this problem.
