 Description   

It is known that not all FFs are solid fixed on their position. Some of the may changed their position sue to the PFI tilt. It was discussed in the ICS/PFI+MCS meeting that we should be able to disable some unstable FFs. This requires adding a argument in

pfiTransform.updateTransform

, so that it will skip the unstable FFs.

There are examples in the FPS actor showing how to disable unstable FFs. So, we should close it.
