The focus motors are homed by driving onto the switch then carefully stepping off it and turn off the motor. Occasionally this lets the mechanism move back onto the switch, which disables all further moves. Driving off the switch could be done with iterations of microstepping and/or power-cycles. Or we could just add another full step after coming off the switch. |
