The DRP can generate master bias/flat files from the current agcc files, but the butler expects them to be properly named and placed. Add links for the files we took in 2021-11. |

Added PFSD links for all AGCC files from 2021-11-18 to 2021-11-21. There are none after, and earlier ones had no FRAMEID cards. If we need links for those I can find the visits, just not trivially. |
