The dot location measurement is very important for dot-roach, placing cobra correctly behind the dot. To archive this goal, we need both phi- and theta-cross designs for better constrain the dot locations. |

I got script from Arnaud. So I can generate the psfDesign from my side. So we should close this ticket. |
