This will read the regions from the yaml config file, and assign flags for left side, right side, or centre region. |

Set a bit flag =1 for the left side of the image. In the current implementation, the centre region is not centroided, due to the high level of false detections.

Can this be merged? Looks like the branch is effectively master, and has some other work on it. |
