Update the configuration parameters for centroid routine to be able to turn filters on and off, and remove nmax filter as unnecessary. |

nmax has been removed and default values set for other filters to be ignored. Needs to be double checked and merged. |

nmax removed from function calls and underlying C code. Setting nmin or maxIt to -1 will ingnore the filter (or practically, setting nmin to 0 and maxIt to 1e5). Pushed. |
