 Description   

The raw agcc images need to be correctly processed (background subtracion, flat-fielding, etc) before being passed to the centroiding routine.

Includes interpolating over a bad column in camera 4.

Current processing: overscan subtraction, background subtraction using sep.background, interpolation over bad columns.  Pushed to 1479
