 Description

As discussed in the drp-2d channel (messages around https://sumire-pfs.slack.com/archives/C3AU3VCMU/p1636429524093300) the blue:red flux ratio is lower than expected, with the measured flux in the blue arm being roughly a factor of 2-3 lower than expected.

Please investigate as to the cause.

(For recording)
Intensive discussion and work in September 2023 revealed that vphg has been installed in wrong orientation. This caused blue is much lower than red.

Given that it turns out  a h/w issue, I'll close this ticket if there is no objection.
